Milwaukee teens arrested after allegedly spray painting graffiti at abandoned building

ST. FRANCIS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- St Francis Police responded to an abandoned building on Norwich Avenue after a caller reported seeing three juveniles spray painting graffiti.
It happened around 7:41 p.m. on Monday.
Officers arrived and located two 16-year-olds from Milwaukee. They were taken into custody for obstructing an officer, possession of marijuana, trespassing, and graffiti.
Police also learned the identity of the third juvenile who will be receiving citations as well.
