Milwaukee teenager, 15, arrested for OWI in West Bend

WEST BEND, Wis. (CBS 58) A 15-year-old was arrested for OWI and Operating Auto Without a Valid Driver's License.
West Bend Police stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation near Washington and Indiana on Tuesday.
The driver, a 15-year-old Milwaukee male, showed signs of impairment and admitted to smoking marijuana recently.
The 15-year-old failed the standardized field sobriety tests and was arrested.
