Milwaukee police: Suspect in Water Street homicide turns self in

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Police say a 16-year-old suspect turned themself in at District 7 on Dec. 11. 

Charges are pending review by the Milwaukee County DA's office.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are requesting the public's assistance in identifying and locating a suspect wanted in a homicide that occurred in August.

It happened around 2:41 a.m. near Highland and Water Street on Aug. 19.

Police say the victim was fatally shot during an attempted robbery and subsequently involved in a car crash.

The suspect is described as an African American male, last seen wearing a red hooded sweatshirt, blue shirt, blue jeans and white and gray tennis shoes.
