Milwaukee police seek Subway robbery suspect

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police are asking for the public's help in identifying the man responsible for robbing the Subway located at the intersection of 49th and Burleigh St.


Police say the suspect entered the story around 11:30 a.m. on April 6, 2014, and ordered a sub sandwich. The suspect paid for his sub, and waited for the cashier to enter the order into the register before revealing his gun. The Subway employee took money out of the register and handed it to the robbery suspect.


The suspect was seen leaving the scene of the robbery in a gray four-door car. The suspect is described as a black male, aged 25-26 years old, 6', 190 pounds.
