Voit has also fled from officers numerous times in stolen vehicles, police say.
Voit is described as 5'11 with a thin build, brown hair, and green eyes. Police say he typically wears his hair in a long ponytail but may have changed his hairstyle recently.
Voit has been known to frequent the areas near 11th & Abert and 24th & Mineral.
He may be living out of a silver Toyota Highlander on the North Side. He sometimes goes by the name of Jeff Voit.
Anyone with information is asked to call Milwaukee Police at 414-935-7360.
