Milwaukee Police searching for missing man with health issues

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Police are asking the public for help in locating a missing man who may have health issues that need medical attention.
Jeremy Smith, 48, was last seen in Oak Creek on November 2.
He is described as a white male, 5'10, 145 pounds,with blonde hair, and blue eyes.
He drives a 2003 Ford Mustang and is known to frequent casinos, especially Ho Chunk.
If anyone locates Smith, they're asked to call the South Milwaukee Police Department at 414-768-8060.
