Milwaukee Police officers promoted

MILWAUKEE-A proud day for dozens of police officers in Milwaukee.
30 of them were promoted to the rank of sergeant during a special ceremony at the Safety Academy Thursday.
30 other became detectives. This is the first new batch of detectives in the Milwaukee Police Department in six years according to Chief Ed Flynn.
