MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee Police are asking for help to find the suspect who robbed Steve's Liquor Store on Appleton Avenue. 

The robbery happened on January 2 just after 7:00 p.m. 

According to police, a black man between 40-50 years old demanded money from the register and got away from the store. He was last seen wearing a Gerry brand black winter jacket with a hood, a white/gray checked button-up shirt, a blue baseball cap,  jeans, black shoes, and gold-rimmed sunglasses. 

Police have released surveillance images of the suspect.
