UPDATE: MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee Police have taken the suspect wanted for allegedly punching a store owner and robbing a business into custody.
Police say he was arrested around 6 a.m. Tuesday in the 600 block of South 76th Street.
Formal charges are pending.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee Police are asking the public for help in identifying a suspect who allegedly robbed a business and fired shots near 16th and Becher.
It happened around 7:52 p.m. on April 24.
According to police, the suspect entered the business, took merchandise, and stuffed it into his pockets. When confronted by the store owner, he allegedly punched him in the face before running out the store.
Police say that when the suspect was in the alley of the business, he fired two shots from a handgun.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic male in his twenties, 5’04,” 160lbs, with a light skin complexion, a thin build, and black curly hair. He was last seen wearing clear glasses, a white zip-up jacket with black stripes on the arms with a logo on the left chest area, plaid underwear, True Religion blue jeans, white Nike air force one tennis shoes, and a Champion shoulder bag around his chest.
