Milwaukee police investigating incident involving noose near 39th and Rohr

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating after a rope hanging from a tree in the form of a noose was found in a person's backyard near 39th and Rohr -- just south of Custer Avenue.
Authorities were made aware of the incident Friday morning, July 10.
Police say after being notified, an investigation was immediately opened.
