Milwaukee police investigate apparent murder-suicide on south side

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police are investigating a murder-suicide inside a residence near the intersection of W. Mitchell St. and S. 21st St.
Police say a 26-year-old man shot and killed his 26-year-old live-in girlfriend before taking his own life.
Milwaukee police are withholding the identities of the victim and suspect until family members have been notified of this incident.
