Milwaukee police identify 19-year-old killed in officer-involved shooting

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police identified the robbery suspect killed by an officer as 19-year-old Cornelius Turner. Turner was shot and killed near the intersection of N. 58th St. and W. Custer Ave. on January 29th.

 

Police say Turner was suspected of robbing a beer delivery man at gun point. The robbery happened around 5:40 p.m. on January 29th. 

 

According to police, Turner fit the description of the robbery suspect. When they located him, they confronted the teen things got physical. Police say Turner reached for his gun, and that's when an officer shot and killed him.
