Milwaukee police anti-gang unit recovers illegal firearms while executing warrant

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Members of Milwaukee Police Department's District 4 Anti-Gang Unit helped recover illegal firearms while executing a search warrant. 

The warrant was related to an ongoing shots fired investigation and was executed on Thursday, June 24, on Silver Spring Drive just west of Green Bay Avenue. 

Police recovered multiple guns in the possession of felons which they believe to be linked to recent crimes in the area.
