Milwaukee Police: 24-year-old has purse stolen in strong armed robbery on lower east side

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Police Department is currently investigating a strong armed robbery that happened early Thursday morning.
Police responded to the area of Oakland and Cambridge shortly before 3 a.m.
Two suspects struck a 24-year-old female victim and stole her purse before fleeing in a car, police say.
Police continue to investigate and search for the suspects.
