MILWAUKEE COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A now-resigned Milwaukee probation and parole agent is accused of sexually assaulting a child.
According to the criminal complaint, 52-year-old Reynaldo Rosalez sexually assaulted the 11-year-old daughter of his girlfriend.
The victim said that Rosalez had been drinking when he sexually assaulted her earlier in July.
