WAUKESHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Delawn McNutt and Troy Walter will make an appearance in Waukesha County Court Wednesday, Feb. 24.

They are accused of stealing multiple vehicles in one night and holding up a woman at gunpoint outside a Marriott Hotel in Menomonee Falls.

”I just got held up," the victim said in a 911 call. "They just stole my car. They had a gun. They took my cellphone.”

Menomonee Falls police said McNutt and Walter robbed that woman after crashing their first stolen car on I-41 South in Menomonee Falls.

“Two of his tires are up on either the concrete or up on the snowbank high up in the air," a different 911 caller informed police. "Looked like he slid out of control.”

The second stolen vehicle also ended up crashed and abandoned. That’s when, police say, the two suspects made a run for it.

They were caught by police, but the damage was done.

“They threw me down on the ground," the victim said. "They threw my cellphone at me because I couldn’t get my keys out of my pocket fast enough.”

McNutt is charged with felony armed robbery. Walter is charged with being a party to armed robbery.

Waukesha County District Attorney Sue Opper said they will face their preliminary hearing Wednesday.

“The state has to present evidence to establish probable cause that they committed the crimes that they’re accused of," Opper said.

McNutt is also charged with felony bail jumping.

Walter is also charged with felony possession of methamphetamines.
