MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee Mayor Cavalier Johnson delivers the annual "State of the City" address Monday, March 4.

"There'll be a number of other things that we talk about as well, including public safety, absolutely. But growing Milwaukee is what we'll theme tomorrow as," said Mayor Johnson.
