Milwaukee man wounded during street robbery

A Milwaukee man is recovering from a gunshot wound he received when he was being robbed Tuesday night.  According to the Milwaukee Police Department, the man was the victim of a street robbery near N 25th and W Cherry Streets around 9:45 PM.  During the robbery, the victim was shot.  He was taken to a local hospital for treatment of a non-life threatening wound.  The incident is under investigation and the Police are continuing to seek suspects in the case.
