Milwaukee Man Will Have to Pay Fine for Taking Upskirt Pictures

A 17 year old Milwaukee man accused of taking \"upskirt\" pictures of his female classmates will have to pay a fine.
Austin Halbrooks was turned in by security at the University School of Milwaukee in River Hills.
Police discovered at least 60 upskirt photos during a search on the teen's computer.
Security told police Halbrooks admitted to taking the photos.
Halbrook is eligible to get the charges expunged from his record as long as he pays a $5,000 fine.
