Milwaukee man shot in Lincoln Creek neighborhood during argument, 1 arrested

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Police Department is investigating a shooting that happened in the Lincoln Creek neighborhood on Saturday, Aug. 28.

Police say a 55-year-old Milwaukee man sustained a non-life threatening injury after being shot around 9:20 p.m.

The victim arrived at a local hospital.

Police say the shooting is the result of an ongoing dispute.

A suspect is in custody and the case will be referred to the Milwaukee County District Attorney's office for review.
