Milwaukee Man Sentenced to 25 Years for Kidnapping and Assaulting 10-Year-Old

Stephen Mosley appeared in Milwaukee County Court on Friday for sentencing.

Moseley walked into the courtroom with his hands chained.

He's charged with kidnapping and sexually assaulting a 10-year old girl.

Prosecutors say he also threatened to kill her when she screamed in fear.

This all happened in broad daylight.

The girl was forced into a backyard near North 15th and Orchard as she was walking to school.

A neighbor saw what happened and stopped Mosley.

This is what he had to say about the incident in court today.

"I'm not a bad person, I just made a mistake, that I don't know, I'll never do it again, and I'm willing to do anything to make it right," Mosley said. 

 He's sentenced to 25 years behind bars, and 7 years of supervision.
