Milwaukee man sentenced to 23 years for role in Water Street mass shooting

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A Milwaukee man was sentenced to 23 years in prison Thursday in connection to a mass shooting on Water Street in May of 2022.

Lemont Siller, 22, is one of multiple people accused of firing guns into a crowd, ultimately injuring 16 people.

Court records show Siller pleaded guilty to aggravated battery (conspiracy to commit) and four counts first-degree recklessly endangering safety (as a party to a crime).

Siller's prison term will be followed by 10 years of extended supervision.
