Milwaukee Man Dies in AM Accident in Rock County

A 37-year-old Milwaukee man was killed in a two vehicle accident on I-43 in Rock County this  morning.   According to the Rock County Sheriff’s Office, the man was killed when he was thrown from his Jeep Grand Cherokee when it collided with a Chevy Malibu on I-43 in the area of Clinton, WI.  According to the Sheriff’s report, around 7 AM the Jeep was seen driving erratically at a high rate of speed as it was headed south on the freeway.   As it was weaving back and forth from lane to lane, it rear ended the Malibu driven by a 54-year-old Walworth woman and then rolled over several times.  The man was thrown from the Jeep and died at the scene of the accident.  The Malibu ended up in the right ditch and the woman was taken to the Beloit Memorial Hospital with neck and back injuries.  The Rock County Sheriff’s Office was assisted on scene by the Beloit, Clinton and Town of Turtle PD, and Beloit EMS.
