Milwaukee man charged with indecent exposure after incidents at MATC library and local business

GREENFIELD, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A Milwaukee man has been charged with two counts of indecent exposure after incidents at the MATC library and a local business.
31-year-old Denard Rowell has been accused of masturbating at the MATC library on November 12 and local business Japanica on December 16.
After reviewing surveillance video, Rowell was observed by police as a defendant from previous complaints.
At the beginning of 2018 Rowell was convicted of indecent exposure in a separate incident.
