Milwaukee man charged after allegedly driving drunk, slamming into squad car with 4-year-old in back seat

OAK CREEK, Wis. (CBS 58) – A Milwaukee man had a blood alcohol nearly three times the legal limit when he crashed into a police car in Oak Creek with his 4-year-old in the back seat.

According to the criminal complaint, 46-year-old Terry Zastrow had a blood-alcohol level of .21. Police say they also found a loaded gun in Zastrow’s pocket.

Zastrow is facing charges of first degree recklessly endangering safety, third offense OWI, OWI with a minor child in the vehicle, third offense operating with prohibited alcohol concentration, operating with prohibited alcohol concentration with a minor child in the vehicle, child neglect, endangering safety by use of dangerous weapon (under the influence of intoxicant), and carrying a concealed weapon

Zastrow has two other drunk-driving related convictions dating back to 2011.
