MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A federal court ruling in Milwaukee found three companies which made lead paint, including Sherwin-Williams, responsible for the exposures of three children to toxic lead in their homes.
The children are adults now and the jury found that they were poisoned by lead as children and still suffer the effects of that poisoning today.
The jury also found the companies failed to warn about the hazardous nature of the paint.
The panel awarded each of the men $2 million.
