Milwaukee getting ready for annual Beer Week
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – Milwaukee's 9th annual Beer Week starts April 14. The event will allow beer lovers to choose from hundreds of events from sampling, tastings, rare tappings beer pairings, etc. Most of the events are free for the public.
Milwaukee Beer Week 2018 has over 100 events in the works, taking place throughout the city, dedicated to socializing, sampling and celebrating craft beer.
This year, Milwaukee Beer Week is showcasing some of the people, places and producers that make the craft beer community what it is. The “Brew Moments” campaign was designed to honor the history of beer in the “Brew City” and applaud those that are carrying on the legacy today.
There is a Milwaukee Beer Week app that fans can download which has giveaways and prizes. There is also an event list where you can create a personalized digital itinerary. There's also an interactive map.
