MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police say the fire that occurred near 38th and Lisbon Tuesday, Nov. 22 is now being investigated as arson.
Police say a suspect intentionally started a unit in an apartment building on fire.
No injuries were reported; however, nine families are displaced as a result of the fire.
No one is in custody at this time.
The Red Cross is currently assisting those affected by this fire. Anyone in need of help is asked to go to their shelter located at Wauwatosa Presbyterian Church.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Fire Department is reporting a one-alarm fire that happened around 1:05 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 22 near 38th and Lisbon.
No injuries were reported but it's possible that 20 families are displaced right now.
