The Commissioner of the Department of Public Works plans to make his way to City Hall Wednesday morning. He'll be talking about the rules about guns on the job when it comes to contractors and subcontractors.
The picture that caused a stir on social media shows a contractor who was hired by DPW holding a gun and two co-workers open carrying in their holsters. The photo was taken at the intersection of 19th and Meinecke.
The contractor holding the gun has been let go and the other two men are on leave.
