Milwaukee creator named to TikTok’s The Discover List 2025

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- SL Rockfish, a Milwaukee-based content creator, has been named to TikTok’s The Discover List 2025, which highlights 50 creators worldwide across five categories: Educators, Foodies, Icons, Innovators and Originators.

She joined us to discuss more about the designation on Tuesday, March 11.

TikTok’s annual list recognizes creators who are shaping digital culture and making an impact beyond the platform. Rockfish, known by the handle @englishmakesnosense, was selected in the Educators category for her English language lessons aimed at making the language more accessible.

She creates content designed to help ESL learners navigate learning the language in an engaging and fun manner.
