MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- It's a boy! The Milwaukee County zoo has a new giraffe.
Zookeepers say he was born to mom, "Ziggy," last Saturday.
They posted a video of the new giraffe standing for the first time, about an hour after he was born.
The zoo says Ziggy has been a very attentive mom.
They haven't said what they will name the baby giraffe yet.
Just a little wobbly at first! Here's the first time the giraffe calf stood, just 55 minutes after being born last Saturday. His care team reports that he got his balance pretty fast and that he looks strong! pic.twitter.com/9e26hqnFDD
