Milwaukee County Jail Death Ruled Natural Causes

The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's office confirmed on Wednesday a 29-year-old man found dead in the jail died of natural causes.

The report was published by Wisconsin Watchdog.org.

It said the 29-year-old Michael Madden died from complications related to a heart condition. 

Madden was one of 4 people to die in the jail last year. 

One of those deaths is being investigated as a homicide.

The ME said Terril Thomas died of dehydration after his water was shut off.
