MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee County Executive David Crowley delivered his State of County address at the Potawatomi Casino Hotel Event Center on Thursday, March 19. 

Crowley spoke on a variety of topics that he and his administration continue to focus on in our community, including affordable housing, access to mental health services, and managing federal budget cuts. 

"I will do everything in my power to ensure that Milwaukee County, we do not pay for the decisions being made in Washington D.C., and I will keep fighting, and keep building bridges at the state and federal level to fight for the resources that our residents deserve," Crowley said. 

This was Crowley's fifth State of the County address. 

In addition to his duties in Milwaukee County, Crowley is also ramping up his campaign for governor. We are less than eight months away from Election Day, Aug. 11.
