Milwaukee County Courthouse guard accused of inappropriately touching woman

Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke released a statement Wednesday saying he's ordered an investigation into a complaint against a courthouse security guard accused of inappropriately touching women. 

The statement read in part: 

\"A woman reported that a security screener touched her, which is against MCSO policy.  Under no circumstances should the security personnel be touching visitors to the complex.  If further search is required, a deputy should be called to do a pat down.\"

The Sheriff's Office tells CBS 58 News that the guard will be suspended during the investigation.

The office refrained from giving any other details until the investigation was over.
