MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- People on Milwaukee's near north side celebrated all things fall on Saturday, Oct. 7 at the second annual Bronzeville Harvest Fest.
Alderwoman Milele Coggs invited the community to participate. Partners included the Martin Luther King Economic Development Corporation, Healthy MKE, and the Historic King Drive Business Improvements District 8.
"We're here to celebrate the new season, obviously, and to also provide a little support and treats for the community by having a pumpkin patch, some other resources through MATC, 4-C, we have Homer Blow here, just to celebrate the new season," said Ray Hill, Executive Director of the Historic King Drive Business Improvements District.
Hill says this event is a way to engage with young people and allows them to have fun outside.
