Milwaukee Coast Guard warns against drinking and boating

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Coast Guard is reminding people not to drink and boat over the Fourth of July weekend.
U.S. Coast Guard Lt. Phillip Gurtler says they'll be on the lookout for violators.
"They're gonna be out there in force from the 5th to the 7th," Lt. Gurtler said. "Out there doing boardings, performing those tests to see if people are actually boating under the influence."
Their campaign to stop boating under the influence is called Operation Dry Water.
