Milwaukee Bucks launch voting initiative ahead of November election

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Bucks are using their platform to help to "get out the vote."
The team says it will share important voting information in the days leading up to the November election.
Their message to fans will cover how to register to vote, how to vote absentee, and how to volunteer at the polls.
Senior Vice President Alex Lasry says the whole organization is passionate about voting.
"This is something that as an organization, from ownership to the players, felt that this was a way to have a very meaningful and lasting impact on the community," he said.
Bucks player Wesley Matthews also took the message to the court.
The message on the back of his jersey says "Vote."
