Cardinal Stritch University holds final mass of Thanksgiving
GREENFIELD, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Brewers are giving back this holiday season.
The team joined Meijer in Greenfield on Thursday to help children of local families.
Each child had the chance to go on a shopping spree with a Brewers representative.
Among them, none other than Third Baseman Travis Shaw.
It's Shaw's first year participating in the event and he says it was incredibly meaningful to him.
Each child received a $100 Meijer gift card to buy anything they wanted.
They were given another $20 to buy a gift to donate to a child at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin.
