Milwaukee Art Museum Hosts Annual Art in Bloom Event
The Milwaukee Art Museum is hosting their annual Art in Bloom event this Sunday.
According to the Milwaukee Art Museum website, “stunning art-inspired floral installations will be set among three floors of Collection Galleries in the Saarinen and Kahler buildings, along with features in the Quadracci Pavilion.
The event will feature marketplaces that offer a variety of items up for purchase from local vendors and artisans.
The installation is inspired by Marino Marini’s 1952 “Battle.”
Art in Bloom includes gardening seminars, a fashion show, and family activities. All ages are welcome.
Visitors can participate in a silent auction. Bids will be accepted until the auction closes on Sunday at 7 PM.
In the past, over 10,000 visitors came to the museum to experience spring through this artwork.
Tickets can be purchased on the Milwaukee Art Museum website or at the door.
