Milwaukee Archdiocese to restructure

The Archdiocese of Milwaukee may finally be poised to emerge from Chapter 11 bankruptcy.

\"We've been in this for 3 years. What we need to do is come to some agreement to move out of Chapter 11 and get the church back to doing what it should be, and that's its focus on its ministry,\" said Jerry Topczewski the Archbishop's Chief of Staff.

He said part of the reorganization plan includes therapy for victims.

Monica Barrett said she was raped by a priest when she was 8-years-old, but won't be using the therapy provided by the church.

\"It is the most ridiculous thing I have heard, one of the most ridiculous things that has come out of this bankruptcy,\" said Barrett.
