2 killed in double shooting in Milwaukee's Rufus King neighborhood

CBS 58 MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating a double shooting that happened before 7:30 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 16, in Milwaukee's Rufus King neighborhood.
Police say a 36-year-old was shot near 19th and Congress. About a block away, a 22-year-old was also shot.
Both were pronounced dead at the scene.
