Mequon Police: 78-year-old man victim of "bump-and-run carjacking"

MEQUON, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Mequon Police are investigating a carjacking of a 78-year-old man.

Police say the man was driving in the area of Lilac Lane and Glenbrook Lane around 3 p.m. on Wednesday when an older model 4-door car, grey in color struck his vehicle from behind.

When the man stopped and got out of the vehicle to check the damage, the passenger in the striking car jumped into his car and drove away.

The striking vehicle also drove away.

The two suspects are described as females, 19 to 20 years old. The victim could not get a license plate number of the suspect's car.

Mequon Police have been unable to locate the suspect or the stolen vehicle.

The stolen vehicle is described as a 2011 blue Hyundai 4-door Sedan.

The victim was not injured in the incident.
