SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A mental health specialist faces forty years in prison after police say he pressured a patient into sex.
Andrew Schmaling worked at a mental health community in Sheboygan.
Police say he offered to drive a patient to work but instead took her to a secluded area.
Police say Schmaling told her he'd have her kids taken away and kick her out of the community if she didn't have sex with him.
His next court appearance is Wednesday.
