MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Some residents in Menomonee Falls are looking forward to better cell service with a new tower coming to town but others are worried it may be an eyesore.
It would be built right behind a fire station in Menomonee Falls.
"I don't really care too much about it and some people might be mad at me but that's alright," said Carl Turner, a Menomonee Falls resident.
Signs protesting the potential cell tower showed up in front of houses.
"It should help the service, though it's probably not very attractive. I'm not against the tower coming because the coverage is so horrible," said resident Ryan Bentrup.
The Village Board may discuss the cell phone tower at its next meeting on November 20.
