Menomonee Falls police seek suspect accused of fraudulently using stolen credit cards

MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Menomonee Falls Police Department is investigating a theft that occurred on Monday, Aug. 2.

Authorities say between 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m., a suspect stole a wallet containing credit and debit cards from a vehicle outside Planet Fitness on Appleton Avenue.

The suspect was seen purchasing gift cards with the victim's credit/debit cards at the Walmart located on W. Appleton Avenue in Milwaukee and leaving in a maroon minivan. 

Police describe the suspect as a Black female wearing gray sweatpants, a gray zip-up hoodie, blue COVID mask and blue Adidas sandals with white stripes.
