MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Family and friends of Sade Robinson are marking the six-month anniversary of the 19-year-old's disappearance Tuesday night.
A memorial celebration was held at Pizza Shuttle in Milwaukee, where Robinson used to work.
Her coworkers tell us her absence is felt every day.
"She had a way of uplifting the downtrodden. Not everybody has that gift. She had a gift of uplifting people, that was her gift," said coworker Tawana Harris.
Robinson's case all started back on April 1. That's when the 19-year-old was last seen on surveillance video inside a Milwaukee restaurant.
Investigators say she was on a date with Maxwell Anderson, the man who would eventually be charged with her murder.
Anderson's trial is expected to begin in December.
