Mariah Antetokounmpo shares struggles with postpartum depression in IG post

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Mariah Antetokounmpo, wife of Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo and mother of four kids, has revealed her personal battle with postpartum depression.
She says if she can help just one person, then sharing her story is worth it.
In an extended Instagram post, she says after the birth of her fourth child her mental health took a turn. She says she isolated herself, shutting everyone and everything out, ignoring calls and texts - calling it a scary and lonely feeling.
Antetokounmpo says she's still struggling but sharing her experiences is a step in her healing journey.
At the end of the post, she says "if my story resonates with you, please know you are not alone. There are people in your corner. Some you may not know yet."
