(MILWAUKEE) - This fall marks the golden anniversary of a Milwaukee cultural institution that has been a hub for live performing arts since 1969.
A block party celebrating 50 years of programming will be held October 30th, and two months later the longest serving president and CEO of the county-owned, nonprofit-managed landmark will hand over the reins of leadership to someone who'll begin to chart a course for the next 50 years.
Our Sunday morning spotlight is shining on the Marcus Performing Arts Center and its president and CEO, Paul Mathews.
