Manufacturing job fair to be held in Milwaukee

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Anyone looking for a manufacturing job fair is invited to attend a job fair in Milwaukee on Thursday. 

Foxconn will be among the employers meeting with job candidates.

Other participating employers include Briggs & Stratton, DRS Technologies, Eaton, GenMet Corp., Krones USA, Midwest Engineered Systems, and more. Potential jobs include machinists, electricians, maintenance, managers, accountants, clerical, IT, operations, logistics, engineers, designers, and sales.

The job fair will allow attendees to explore jobs, local education opportunities, and training resources in southeastern Wisconsin's growing advanced manufacturing industry.

Job seekers are encouraged to dress for success, bring multiple resumé copies, and prepare to meet hiring managers in person.

The job fair runs from 3 p.m. until 7 p.m. at Serb Hall.
