Man who last saw Kelly Dwyer faces several drug charges

MILWAUKEE -- 38-year-old Kris Zocco is charged with drug charges related to his possession of marijuana, powder cocaine, and prescription drugs. Investigator found the drugs in Zocco's apartment as they were questioning him about the disappearance of Kelly Dwyer. 


According to investigators Zocco is the last person who saw Dwyer before she disappeared the night of October 10th. He told police he and Dwyer were \"friends\" and she came over to his apartment a few times a week to \"do lines\" of cocaine.


The criminal complaint says, Zocco allegedly gave Dwyer $300 to buy an \"eight ball\" of cocaine. The two allegedly met with a dealer to purchase the cocaine. Zocco tells police he and Dwyer returned to his apartment and used the cocaine together.


No other details about the whereabouts of Dwyer was revealed in Zocco's criminal complaint.


Dwyer's family has identified Zocco as Dwyer's boyfriend.


Zocco is charged with Keeping a Drug House, Possession with Intent to Deliver Controlled Substance, Possession of Narcotics Drugs, Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. If convicted of all five charged, Zocco faces up to 11 years and seven months in prison.


He was released from jail Monday.
